Thank you so much Doctor for all the time you spent with me. May Allah grant all your wishes

Mona

Thank you. Following your diet, I have lost weight which I was not able to shift when I was in Abu Dhabi.

Maria

I was able to go from 88 kg to 79 kg when I worked with you. I was confident of the discipline you guided me to follow, was the one that I could work with. Today, I am 77 kg and got my period naturally and couldn’t be happier about my weight loss progress. This is because I listened to what you said which was to listen to my body. Thought you should know that. Once again, thank you very much.

Asma

It felt really cathartic talking to you. Thank you so much for trying to make sense of my rambling

Hasna

Dr. Rashmi, you are doing a great job! We are so lucky that we found you on Instagram. Thank you so much for helping us out.

Kanika

I was able to reduce visceral fat following what Rashmi told me. I just followed what Rashmi said – 1) Lower my stress, 2) No sugar, no flour, and, 3) Hold HIT till lose weight.

Now, I do pilates to feel good, not to lose weight!

The credit goes to none other than my husband R***%% for pushing me into this. Dr. Rashmi Pawar Shirsolkar my life coach on weight loss. Meeting her at the right time of Lockdown and focusing on my health was a wonderful transformation of me that happened.

Shirley

In my early 20s, having both PCOS and hypothyroidism felt like being stuck in a vicious cycle of irregular periods and an uphill battle with weight loss. The sessions with Dr Rashmi helped me discover the small tweaks that changed that for the better. After having tried various forms of weight loss, I found intermittent fasting to be more sustainable as it is more realistic and easier to maintain. The sessions were the boost that was needed to stick to the plan, and it helped to know that I was not alone. A couple of sessions and kilos were all it took to get my periods and for me to feel lighter and healthier. The coaching has helped me break some ground, will absolutely continue the work to reach my goal weight. What once seemed impossible, does not seem too far now, thank you for all your help!

Asma

Rashmi is an amazing weight loss coach. She has done the journey. She understands your pain. But beyond that Rashmi is an amazing life coach. She has the ability to guide you and show you what is possible in your life. She is both tough and compassionate. She is committed to who you want to become. She will ask you questions that will make you uncomfortable and that is her gift. Those questions are what will help you grow. An amazing experience Rashmi. Thank you.

My journey with PCOS:

I am a daughter of doctors, a sibling to doctors, and married to a non-doctor. I grew up listening to women laboring, as my father is an OBGYN. I knew I wanted to be what my father was and I did exactly that. I moved from Mumbai to Thane to Dubai to Abu Dhabi. I worked in government, private hospitals, and clinics while having a part-time coaching practice. I gave up my full-time Specialist Gynecologist job in June 2022 to be a full-time coach helping PCOS women everywhere.

The real me took birth control pills to control dysmenorrhea and PMS. I waited for my husband to be ready for fatherhood for 7 years and then started trying for a baby. I tried for two years with 3 failed IVFs and finally conceived naturally. I worked throughout my pregnancy doing 1-2 night shifts per week. I had gestational diabetes and preeclampsia. I had seen it all. So opted for an elective cesarean section because I had no courage to go through labor. My baby turned out to be growth restricted which was missed on antenatal ultrasounds. I decided to breastfeed my baby while I cried every day due to a painful latch, as she had a small mouth. It finally got better by 4th month when she started to have solids. I wanted to do baby-led weaning but couldn’t as I was not home most of the time. I nursed Mia for 2 years 3 months because I didn’t have the heart to say NO to her. The pandemic ensured I stopped. I took up hypnotherapy 1 month after her birth because I was losing my shit. I tried life coaching and lost 20 kg of weight. I became a Life and weight coach, as I believed that had an answer to everything. I was a Metabolic coach who helped PCOS women lose weight before they got pregnant. I became a Master Certified Life coach in April 2022 and the first thing I did was resign from the most perfect job on earth. I decided to have my own coaching practice where I could help women everywhere [from home] while I could have a routine to raise my 4-year-old daughter.

I am the doctor who not only guides you to become a mother but who stays with you throughout your journey!
